B2 (riboflavin 5 phosphate) supports the bodies use oxygen. It also supports metabolism of amino acids, fatty acids, carbohydrates, and activates available B6.

B3 (niacinamide) is supports the conversion of calories from protein, fat, and carbohydrates into energy. It also helps the digestive system function and promotes a normal appetite, healthy skin, and nerves.

B5 (pantothenic acid) supports the secretion of hormones, such as cortisone.

B6 (pyridoxine HCl) known as the master vitamin, supports the processing the amino acids that help build proteins and hormones.
