  Glycine, magnesium citrate, Montmorency cherry powder, Montmorency cherry extract (Prunus cerasus fruit), hops extract (Humulus lupulus flower), bamboo extract. 

  Directions and storage

  Take 1 level teaspoon (2.6g) mixed into liquid in the evening with a meal or snack, or as directed by a practitioner. 

  Note: Powders may settle over time, for the most accurate measurement we recommend weighing.

  Suitable for:

  Vegetarians, vegans and people with Candida and yeast sensitivities.
